Experiences:
Before joining TM in 1993, worked in the executive capacity for 6 year with foreign insurance company in-charged for agency and direct client underwriting, claim mgt, and reinsurance. Has experience in designing insurance for credit card company and banc assurance.
After joining TM, has been tasked to manage the corporate insurance program, kick-start the Enterprise Risk Management program in Year 2001, and now being given the trust to manage expanded portfolio of Group Business Assurance covering risk management, revenue assurance, fraud management and credit management policy & monitoring. Currently the Project Leader to improve credit risk and collection management for TM Group.

- Alternate Board Member of Labuan Reinsurance Ltd
- Member of the Technical Committee Malaysian Risk Management Standard – SIRIM
